  • The Executive Leadership team is responsible for steering the direction of the organization. These individuals oversee the implementation of our mission, manage strategic goals, and ensure that all initiatives align with our core values. As a leader, you’ll play a critical role in setting the vision, fostering a positive culture, and working closely with other team members to push the organization forward. Ideal candidates will be proactive, visionary, and passionate about empowering the next generation of conservative leaders.

  • The Social Media & Outreach team is at the forefront of our digital presence. This role involves creating and sharing engaging content across social media platforms, growing our online following, and developing outreach strategies to connect with students, organizations, and influencers. You’ll also assist with recruitment and event promotion, ensuring that our message reaches a wide and diverse audience. Creativity, communication skills, and social media proficiency are key for success in this role.

  • Campus Coordinators are the face of the Northeast College Republicans at their respective universities. They work to establish and grow our presence on campus, recruit new members, and organize events and activities. Coordinators will work closely with other students to develop grassroots campaigns, foster partnerships with other student organizations, and support outreach efforts. Strong leadership, communication skills, and a deep understanding of campus politics are essential for this role.

    Regional Coordinators oversee a larger geographic area, managing a network of campus coordinators, helping to coordinate events across multiple universities, and ensuring that regional efforts align with the organization’s broader goals. These individuals will assist in the organization’s outreach, build relationships with key stakeholders, and create regional strategies for growth and engagement. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to successfully manage multiple campuses and inspire collaboration.

  • The Political Strategy & Policy team is responsible for developing the organization’s political stance, crafting strategies for activism, and helping to shape the policy direction. In this role, you’ll analyze political trends, advise on key issues, and support advocacy campaigns that align with conservative values. Working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, this role requires a deep understanding of current political climates, policy issues, and the ability to think strategically.
